Under The Sheets

Sex is what you make it really. It’s anything that you want it to be. We don’t know shit about it and I think we should know more but we can’t know more if we don’t share our experiences and help others along the way

Project Overview

Under the sheets, is a show that is a lively mix of sexually centric interviews with guests ranging from celebrities to friends, family members and the general public. The aim is to provide a compulsive viewing/listening show where individuals are ‘no holes barred’ questioned. This will be for educating and sharing stories for the audience to know that they are not alone.

The emotion ranges from side splitting humour and total shock, to supportive empathy, depending on guests and responses. No viewer would know quite what to expect from week to week. Given the subject matter, it is important that there is an underlying ‘informative’ theme, to help listeners understand and feel comfortable with their sexuality and also feel emboldened to openly discuss such a taboo subject. The show is centred around a bed, in the hosts bedroom, on which the host interviews her ‘victims’ enjoying light bites and drinks. Guests choose their attire ranging from bed wear to full stage costume. Every guest is encouraged to bring one item from their own bedroom to make them feel even more at home!
